After spending 23 years in the hospitality industry, I transitioned into health and wellness four
years ago—a decision inspired by deeply personal experiences. My son’s health struggles first
opened my eyes to the transformative power of food as medicine. At the same time, I faced my
own series of health challenges. After exhausting countless specialists, medications, and
procedures with no lasting results, I turned to a functional medicine doctor.
That pivotal moment shifted everything for me.
Through this journey, I developed a passion for understanding root causes and natural,
God-given approaches to healing. I dove into education, became a certified holistic nutritionist, and am now training to become a doctor in natural medicine to deepen my knowledge and expertise. My mission is to empower others to take control of their health by understanding the vital role of nutrition, embracing preventative measures, and cultivating habits that support longevity and vibrant living.
I specialize in helping clients uncover the root causes of their health concerns and create

I’m happily married and a proud mom to one amazing son, three bonus sons and
five grandchildren. I’m also a devoted dog mom, bird mom, and passionate animal lover. When
I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me outdoors, whether it’s taking a walk, soaking up nature, or finding new ways to stay active. Fitness and mindset are integral parts of my lifestyle, and I’m always seeking to grow in both areas.
I love writing, cooking, reading, and staying involved in my church community. My passion is
